Day 3 - Get Lean Workout

Yesterday was pretty good, although I had some pretzels late at night, I couldn't feel guilty, because I was so tired (I am a driver and I work 'till 2am) that I had to munch on something to keep myself awake...the less of all evils...

Today in the other, I started in the wrong foot, it's still salvageable, but I will have to watch what I eat, I didn't go to the gym because I am really sored, but I will at least play some squash and save at least an ct. but in the nutrition side of things, I went with the kids to MCD's and had a burrito...thinking that it was good!!! and later a check their web site for the nutrition facts and is a whooping 610 calories!!! omg! really when it comes to fast food joints there is nothing good in these places and I should've known better!

Weight In: 207.6 (I expect some fluctiation on the weight...I am going to start weight once a week instead of everyday.

Day 1 - Get Lean Workout

everything is going as planned, instead of posting my results, everyweek i will scan my worksheet, i am just here to say that I am following the program to the tea.

it feels good to sit in the computer and instead of planning how good i am going to do tomorrow say how good I did today, I really started today...today is day 1.
I went to the gym this morning and started my get lean program, as well the nutrition side of it....feels good!!!
