just starting the day - is 7am now, just want to say keep going, you had a terrific day yesterday and today will be the same...i am already having myslim ...

SLIM FAST DAY 1 - 10/30/07

WEIGHT - 210 LBS
Today was a pretty good day, I stayed around 1300 calories, and did very good, I need to keep it up, 40 lbs by Xmas, seems an impossible task, but I will try to do it or get close to it, need to take multivitamin every day and fish oil capsules, plus need to drink 10 8oz glasses of water, here is my

weight loss is a state of mind

that's all it is....I am starting slim fast tomorrow combining with alli.

my weight today is 210...and i had it. is time for a change.

This is THE DAY!!!! (10/21/07)

is time to change....
this is the day....
tired of same old promises....
time to really change...
time to make it matter...
time to realize..
that a life is being waste..

Today is my january 1st Resolution day, reason being is just that I am tired to live my life the way I've been living, is time to change for REAL...I am tired of making promises...is time to change...or live in pity...what if this? what if that? tired of wasting seconds and minutes,and hours, and days, and weeks and months, and years....tired, tired of being tired of felling this way....always blue.

I have a lot of areas to work on, and I have a lot of bad habits to break...i will tackle every and each one of them.
Well my diet started today, I've been doing good, not great...but good, I will be taking Alli along with my diet, well I won't be writing much today, is time to take ACTION and plus JJ is on my CaSe!

it is a beautiful day out there, I think we should go out and enjoy a little bit

things to accomplish today.
1. clean the house
2. go to church
3. have fun with kids
4. keep a close eye on the diet.
5. have a multivitamin and fish oil pills.
6.LESS TV!
