2009 Goal # 1 - Lose Weight

the s.ma.r.t. way

Specific: I am currently 210.8lbs - I want to weight 170lbs by May 30. - 2.27lbs per week, I will weight every Saturday at 6am right before gym, I will post my daily calorie intake on fitday.com and I will update blogtolose and my blog every Saturday.

Measurable: Weight in every Saturday, enough room for blocks in the road

Attainable: the goal is totally attainable, just eat right, log foods to food journal and exercise at least 4 times a week.

Reward: nothing taste as I feel.

Time-based: definitely time based

Potential Obstacles: procrastinating, not going to the gym and pigging out.

Action to prevent Obstacles: DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELF FOR FAILURE...allow yourself for blocks on the road, but pick yourself up the next day, everything is not lost because of ONE FRIGGIN DAY, just dust yourself off and continue the path, do not go crazy dieting or exercising until you are exhausted...this is one day at a time.

Update on my 2009 goals

Today is January 28, faltam 3 dias para o fim do mes...

0 progresso nos meus goals...

Procrastination....and plain laziness

is 6:34 am today, at least I'm up early with my java!

I have many goals this year and I want at least make a nice dent on them. I have been reading alot on time management that's my Achille's heel...I need to spend time on goals with high pay off, and I need to stop waisting time with stuff that is not helping on my goals at all.

goals need to be s.m.a.r.t.
Specific
Measurable
Attainable
Rewarding
Time-Based

I need to have my days planned, my weeks and my months., I need to develop an action plan for each goal, complete a time log, assign pririties to my activities and analyze daily use of time.
