I was doing very good on Weight Watchers, but I must admit, I drop the bucket this two last weeks.
After 4th of July, I went all over the map, didn't watch my eating habits, and didn't do good. It's funny how if I do something bad in my eating habits, I automatically drop all my good habits. I immediately stop taking my multivitamin, I slow my water intake, and so on. and to complete my meltdown I went to play soccer Sunday and overdid, I hurt my hand and didn't go to the gym at all.
Well, I am back to the meetings today, I will go the gym, and I will load up in good food. Just got to go back out there and do it.
Drink Multivitamin/Fish oil every day
1 gallon of water/day
go to the gym
eat health.
