Day 5 - Get Lean/Build Muscle
Yesterday was a very good day, I kicked butt in the gym, as the nutrition part goes, I didn't fall the diet to the T, I had chicken parmesan in the afternoon, but it wasn't that bad...that gave me an Idea though ...I will follow the diet to the T 2 straight days and then will allow myself to cook different foods in the other 2 days...let's see if it works!
